BSB VII Planning Page

Time and Location

BSB VII will take place at Todd Skinner's house in Dunrobin on Saturday October 14th. People are welcome to show up anytime after 9am. A google map of where Todd lives will be added at some point before the event.

Teams

Todd and Pat
Pat and I are hoping to have 2 systems going and brewing 20 gallons of IPA on one and 10 gallons of octoberfest and then 10 gallons of schwarzbier on the other

Jon
Brewing 15G of either Oatmeal Stout or a bitter of some sort. He's looking to swap wort with another team(s). Ideally he'd like to go home with 3 different carboys of beer.

Bruce
Brewing Krustal Method ESB on his electric brewery. He has claimed Todd's welders plug.

Paul
I'm planning on being there, brewing 10 gallons of Irish Red Ale.

Andrew Carmichael and Kevin Kelly
planning on brewing 10 gallons of something CAP/CACA like.

Food

Todd is planning on smoking something in his big green egg. Todd also has a BBQ that can be usee.
